They must of otherwise your PC wouldn't be working. Unless you know how to configure the bios, I would look into that first, adding a GPU you will need to disable the onboard GPU which inturn will give you some ram back, as the current CPU needs system ram for the integrated graphics.

The last stable bios version for you board is 7C52v.A3 which can be seen in the downloads section of your motherboards website, the next one up is a beta and they wont put that on the board incase it cases problems.

Umm this makes no sense, if the PC switched on and you installed windows, then the CPU is already supported, if it wasnt supported then the PC wouldnt of come on, so the blue screen you got is something to do with bios configuration or a faulty windows install.

Are you completely sure the bios flash completed successfully ?

I would start with the cable from GPU to monitor, the chances of the monitor being faulty in this way are very slim, however, a bad connection in the cable is very possible, and with the bios basically being low res, something like 720p (may even be lower res than that, I cant fully remember...
