I'm going to be straight forward with you guys, my hdd broke yesterday (not software or viruses) and it has a lot of pornography in it (yes, I know it's normal for other people but still.), and I was worried; do the people who fix your hard drive look though your files? Please tell me if so...

I've recently got a Western Digital Caviar black 2TB, and it's been making some weird noises recently, kind of like a small clicking noise, its faint but noticeable. It makes the noise every time I download something or if I open a file. I'm new to the world of PC's so I don't know much right now.
