Ok, thanks for the answer, I just hope it isn't PSU RAM and CPU, for the motherboard, I don't have any hope left that it's working anymore. Oh well.

I was being dumb and started to move some things on the motherboard without powering of the PSU. Then I accidentally touched motherboard with my HDD and there was a little spark that I saw. And now the pc won't turn on. I am guessing the motherboard or PSU is fried, but can at least CPU and RAM...
