Actually I am not sure about this Turbo Core setting on my BIOS. I don't find it. Or at least it's not named like that. My PC isn't laptop, if that's the case. All I saw was AMD Overclocking (there was a warning when trying to enable it) and OC Tuner but that's it. OC Tuner was interesting one...

Ah, okay, thanks. Need to check that Turbo Core setting(s) out. GPU and RAM I have reseatted already, because they were "most obivous" reasons for those spikes. (especially GPU). Thanks for your help. I keep monitoring this problem. I say if I find anything that works.
