    Mystery internet traffic

Thanks guys, I couldn't get NetWorx to worx plus my anti-virus had a cow about something to do with it. NetLimiter Monitor seems to be giving me the info (and consequent peace of mind) I was after. Thank you both for your timely and informative answers.

    CL 8 v. CL 9

Again, excellent and clear answers. Now I'm dithering (which is why it took me 3 months to decide on my build components...lol). To close this thread out, do I have to choose "Best Answer" or what?

    CL 8 v. CL 9

Thanks for the quick and simple-to -understand answers, all. I'm leaning toward the 3x4 solution. The Mushkin Enhanced sounds good for my wallet and expertise level. I'm chicken to overclock. My i7 -920 2.66GHz on an ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 mobo is doing me fine as-is except for often fatal lag...

Hello, I have 6GB (3x2GB) of OCZ DDR3 1600 CL 8 8-8-8-24 at 1.65V. want to double it but it is no longer available. Newegg has Corsair DDR3 1600 but it is CL 9, timing is 9-9-9-24 but also 1.65V. If this is compatible, which CL should I set and Where?

Getting kicked for no IP address

Thanks for the suggestions. Only the one admin seems to have a problem with it. Maybe his Grandpa was mean to him.

Getting kicked for no IP address

Not to my knowledge. You mean like a spoof IP to cover your own. And I have COD as an exception to my Firewall.

Getting kicked for no IP address

My favorite COD4 server (or at least 1 of the admins) kicks me occasionally for not being able to see my IP address. Is this normal and, if so, how do I prevent the hiding of my address?

I didn't think it was funny. I did have the ASUS disk in the DVD drive. And it does say ASUS boot something or other. Thanks for the tip, IH8U. God, "Tom's Hardware Team", you are a handsome brute. Muchas garcias!
