    Assuming this is for 1080p gaming, and you're not overclocking, I would probably keep 1 item from your original list, and that's the HDD. Here you go: Will max anything at 1080p for a fraction of the price, and even has room to expand into higher resolutions. PCPartPicker part list / Price...
