My Corsair H70 is definitely working. I just installed the motherboard and CPU last month. I did put enough thermal paste on it as well. 🤷🏼‍♂️

My Ryzen 7 1700x is running at 61 idle temp. Sometimes it jumps to 70 for no reason with zero tasks running.

The liquid cooler was on sale, and I forgot to mention the CPU temps are amazing. It's the GPU that's getting up there. I also have front intake and using Corsair fans Nd radiator as rear exhaust. Also have a 120 on top for exhaust and a 140 on the side next to the GPU for intake.
