Could you list your full system specs please? Also specifically the model of your old and new psu. Have you been monitoring your temperatures under load?

A bit out of left field but how is gpu usage under idle conditions? Everything seems normal?

What slots are you running your ram in? Did you manually adjust timings or just used a preset profile? Ram latency seems a tad high, unless I'm mistaken, which would kill a Ryzen cpu's performance in multithreading scenarios

Silly suggestion but what happens if you disable freesync/lower refresh rate?

I could be wrong but I'm sure a lot of the mounting holes etc are proprietary so it would be a challenge to make it fit on a conventional case.

Have you tried resetting CMOS or even changing the battery? Always worth a try

Might be a silly question but when the pc isn't starting up are you plugging the pc on the same wall socket each time or is there a multi adaptor used somewhere?

You mentioned that you have bought a new psu-is the issue still occuring with the new unit? It honestly sounds like a bad psu. Whats the current model and whats the new one you've purchased?

When you say lights do you mean rgb lighting? What mobo do you use? It could be something as simple as asus aura etc just having their functionality enabled even when the system is off. I know it happens with my system every now and then after some windows updates.

Imo I don't believe the mobo is at fault here; do you have a friend where you could borrow a psu from just for testing purposes?

It could be that the psu is beginning to fail; the capacitors are not discharging properly and when you try to turn on your pc the +5v signal is irregular preventing a boot sequence from initiating. If you unplug your system from the wall, leave it for a few hours will eventually cause them to...
