Turns out the RAM that I originally had either was DOA or just not compatible with my motherboard. Originally I bought this RAM: CMK8GX4M1A2400C14R (model number) and it didn't work so I this RAM: CMK8GX4M2A2400C16 and this worked for me. Thank you all for trying to help me solve my issue!

I'm pretty sure the motherboard only goes up to 3200 MHz so anything above that with be down clocked to 3200 MHz. we're you able to boot up this computer with the RAM you linked?

So I bought some pc parts for a new build and I plugged it all in and the CPU and RAM debug LEDs turn on and I get nothing on the monitor. I have moved the RAM to the other slot but that doesn't do anything, the power supply and graphics card seems to be working fine, and the CPU has no bent...
