I recently returned the EVGA GTX 770 FTW 4 GB, because the fans were extremely loud and that the 4 GB vram was useless to me. Also I returned a R9-280x because it had video artifacts. Please recommend me a GPU for $300 to $350. I want one that is quiet in idle and playing games.

Around 3 weeks ago I bought the Asus R9-280X and I'm thinking of returning it and getting the Evga GTX 770 FTW 4 GB. Do you guys think that I should return the Asus R9-280X? and is it worth getting the Evga GTX 770 4 GB FTW? I just don't want to get a 2 GB GPU.

I'm totally confused on which gaming desktop to build. I have a maximum budget of $1100 and I'm looking at the AMD FX-8350 or the i5-4570 and a Nvidia GTX 760. I do not need these things: case, screen, Windows, and dvd burner. Please recommend me the computer parts for me to build the new desktop.
