Check the temperature of the CPU in the hardware monitor. Disable all OC. Try disabling all devices you don't need to get XP up (audio, IEEE, 2nd LAN, 2nd RAID) Also you may want to update the BIOS to 0501 (see the manual how to do that w/ just the image on a floppy). If that doesn't help -- RMA.

Interesting -- I have exactly the same problem (down to the voltage values w/ the same MB and a D920). I sent a support request to ASUS and so far I got this: I am running the 0501 BIOS tho and I'm not looking forward to pull the MB out -- it's pretty tight water cooled rig :? Anyone w/ more...
