so I'm planning on getting a evga GeForce 1060 supercloked gaming graphics and a Intel Core i3 6100 Skylake Dual-Core 3.7.Will it bottleneck the card significantly?

1.if I buy a micro atx card would it work with a normal atx motherboard? 2.if I get micro atx motherboard and get a normal at sized graphics card will it fit? 3.What's the difference between the two?
