Yes that's the one. WOW, I cheaped out on the PSU but I didn't it was this bad. Definitely going to buy new PSU then. Any recommendations for around $70? That would be great.

Does the underpowered PSU cant even boot? I used online PSU calculator and it tells me that my build only need 430watts so I figure I could get away with 550w. Also from a few article I saw stated that RX 5700 only draws 180watts. So is my GPU fine or do I still need to put it in the shop?
