Same problem for me, any fix yet? User manual does not say what c0 means (it says reserved). I read a gigabyte forum post (though for a GA-x58) that said rapid beeps means power supply problem. I'm testing mine now. Edit: FAIL. my voltages are way off. 3.3V pins are reading 4.2, 5V pins...
