    I cant select 4k@60hz, only 30hz

    Solution: Windows will stay at 30hz. To override goto SETTINGS>DISPLAY>ADVANCE DISPLAY SETTINGS. It will show 30hz, then click display adapter properties and click Monitor. You can now select 60hz or higher.
