Resolved on my end: Had to fully uninstall display driver. Downloaded a tool (link below), and it also deleted GeForce experience. Ran it to uninstall the driver. After, downloaded/installed GeForce Experience, and downloaded the driver. So far, a couple hours in, no more flickering. Hope this...
