task manager shows it have 2 cores 4 logical processors but i checked internet it says have to be 4 cores i don,t understand something or i rly shoud look for solution?

so i got this Chinese gtx650 HERE it,s bad but i want update driver on nvidia Experience when i press update it,s stuck on 0% all the time don,t move

i bought nvidia GTX 650 before i had only amd R7.problem is i can,t install driver.I found 1 driver working but it i had huge lags so i uninstalled it and now can,t find driver...

i have motheboard with 8 pin 12V slot but i have power supply with 4pin 12V plug will it work? or i can just order normal one ;)
