Wen it crashes sometimes wen i turn on da cpu it doesnt work, nothing happens just da cou sounds. as if nothings connected to the pc. pls help it crashes randomly at times too

My PC has been crashing randomly with a blue screen, and sometimes without a blue screen but it says no signal and the sounds are repeating with a vibrate sound. when that happens I either reset the avr or just hope for it to fix. and its just a bluescreen. not a bsod.
