This is my first gaming PC build, the problem is when I power on the system CPU is detected but the CPU fan + case fan is not spinning and GPU is also not posting. Only hard drive is running. I guess will have to update the bios but, PC won't post - Please help. The Build: - MSI Gaming Plus AMD...
