I'm not too sure, I thought the x16 slot might have been blown, but I replaced the board and still have the same problem. So unless I have 2 of the exact same boards which both have blown x16 slots, I have no clue whats wrong.

I have 2 motherboards, DH55PJ with a core i3 530, and a DH61CR with a Core i5 2400. The DH55PJ works with my RX560, but will not work with my DH61CR. Both motherboards are installed on my test bench, and both are in working order. When GPU is disconnected from DH61CR and the cord is connected to...
