    I just finished building my computer today. I installed all drivers off MOBO website, AMD Drivers for GPU and CPU. Fresh install of windows as well. When I run a speed test for the internet, I get a my full 18mbps. But when downloading games to the computer, it maxes out at 2MBPS. My X73...
