Ok so I was doing some tests and playing some games with MSI Afterburner to see what exactly happens when the frames drop, the first thing is that when im playing the temp of the gpu starts going up from 60°C to 67°C and then the gpu usage goes from 53% to 7% and the frames drop to 20, like this:
