    - GPU first then upgrade your CPU later. I'm sure that your GPU is being maxed out and not your CPU

    Buy a new/known thermal paste Try manually settings your settings for your fans to spin faster. Try AIDA64 System Stability test and check the voltage and so You could try a BIOS update
