I am getting low fps and GPU usage in GW2 and WoW. Changing graphics settings and resolution make almost no difference in fps. CPU is Core 2 Quad Q6600, GPU is a GTX 560 Superclocked. The GPU only appears to be about 40% load. Possible CPU bottleneck?
