weak Power Supply

Currently im running AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE with a Radeon RX 460, its going good so far. Apparently im only getting bottlenecks with Battlefield 1, however im getting 60fps average. On the other hand i play killer instinct, street fighter 5, and some others but the CPU never reachs 100% of load.

If the idle temp is around 45ºC is not a big issue i guess... i think idle between 35 and 45 is normal

Hey guys, Is it recommendable to leave the PC case open for a better air flow? Im asking this because I can see the top temperature gets reduced by 2 o 3 degrees when i leave the PC case without one of the panels. Your comments are very welcome
