Thanks a lot! I used a gtx 760 before this but it wasnt in the same system, i have a new motherboard (and a new pc) if that changes anything. The power supply im currently using is corsair cv 650 used for maybe a year. And what do you mean by elevated command?

So i recently bought a used msi gaming x 1660 super. While researching about the card, i saw in yt videos that during benchmark at full load the cards fan goes upto 40% usage which is ~1100rpm but for some reason my card is running at ~700 rpm however a/c to msi afterburner its still at 40% fan...
