It is a matched pair of 16gb sticks since im building an itx pc, i do not have another psu since it was built into the case. i will try building it outside the case and i plan on taking it to a local shop to check if there is a faulty component. Thanks for the reply

im not able to get POST when the gpu is removed, the light still shines, and as i wrote in my original question there were no pins damaged. Still, thank you for the answer
