Hello. I have iphone 8 and unlimited data on my phone. Also i have desktop computer who cant connect to a wifi so i tried to connect with usb, and i just cant. I enabled mobile data + personal hotspot with usb only, but nothing happens and i still cant get my mobile data onto my pc.

Temporary solution is end task through task manager, but it works only till next pc restart. Should i be worried when i sign in into accounts etc?
