Try test with CrystalDiskMark, sometimes mainboard socket not connected exactly with your SSD. Use CrystalDiskMark test with big file if BOSD continue, may be dirty!
Disable csm and change UEFI mode. Reboot and install windows you will see in list disk. Some mainboards not show information of M.2 port, however we can access it if we disable csm or enable Windows 8/10 WHQL
I think your hardware has not problem, i have the same issues with my PC. Old gear can be overheat.
Testest on windows 10 21H2 -> from 80-99 degree, downgrade to 21H1 system working so cool 38-44 degree. Manual update, not automatic
