Hi, It's my first time building a PC to this extent and I bought an Asus X99-a II motherboard and slapped on GTX 980 onto PCI slot 1. Using Windows 10. The computer boots fine, in fact I can play games and everything, but the PCI LED's are all blinking except for PCI slot 2 isn't blinking...
