If i plug my external toshiba HDD in USB 3.0 port it's not detected in pc (disk management, device manager, mypc). After continous removing and re-inserting the HDD for 10 times its finally detected. Then again after use and ejecting, if reinserted it is not detected. Everytime HDD fan is...
