I had similar problem before ,the problem was with the Thermal paste,So i applied it and it worked.

No there aren't but do processor fan have to do with any change of clock speed ,it seems to be misbehaving ,but Im not all sure.

Yes they are I just checked but I noticed one other thing while booting this time that clock was changed to 1.3ghz from 3.20 ghz(3.20ghz was when system was alright). About Windows reinstallation, it can't enter setup it ends up with same problem.

I did that before but that does not seem to be a problem because when there are these issues it kind of give 2-3 beep morse code or very long beep

I rebuild my pc after clearing the dust when I started it.It stopped after boot screen ,then I checked some common post errors and reconnected Ram and cmos battery ,So now it starts with a little long beep from before and I had gone till welcome sceen and desktop screen after 2 mins it boots...

If it weren't compatible why did they worked first 5 time for like 10 hours I am little curious about that and I forgot to mention it in my OP this new ram was given to me by a friend who don't have any use of ddr3.
