Let's take games for example. Is there a difference between having a 1080p monitor and gaming at 1080p, and having a 4K monitor with playing games at full screen 1080p?

Which is better for a gaming scenario and maybe occasional Twitch / YouTube streaming but not a lot of video editing or rendering? Price isn't too big of a concern. Thanks in advance community!

The ASUS Z170-WS has 2 M.2 slots, I'm thinking of using both slots in RAID 0 but if I use an M.2 SSD on the first slot will using a 2 PCIe slot GPU above that M.2 fit or can the M.2 cause clearance issues? Thanks in advance.

Well I looked into the RM1000i and apparently those 4 extra pins are sense wires if I go for Corsair type 3 cables or Cablemod cables will I get a disadvantage losing the 4 pins or will the PSU not function without those pins being used?

Oh yes sorry, I think I confused you with my wording in the question though, I looked at pictures of the HX1000i and the RM1000i and there seems to be 4 more pins on the 24 Pin ATX on the RM1000i which is confusing me.
