I just finished replacing my stock Intel CPU cooler with a Zalman CNPS5X Performa. When I booted up the fan began running at 100%. Previously the stock fan regulated itself via the mobo and bios. I could also manually control it via MSI Afterburner. But this new fan runs on full all the time...
