So I opened it up. Cleaned everything with air and checked the cooler. All seem to be fine, one tube has cool water, the other has medium hot water. Fan spins fine. I cleaned the thermal paste and reapplied new TM50 Corsair paste. It got the idle temp down to around 50-60C instead of 70-80...

How do I check this? Is there a way of testing the pump or the cooling itself?

What could cause it? Could the cooler be damaged or maybe just dusty? When I get back from work I will monitor the temp in a game and see if it peaks after a bit as the issies mostly occurs after 10 minutes.
