If you dont have a limited budget than I would recommend you to buy a 3200 MHz over clock able ram . With that ram ,you should decrease the latencies rather than increasing the frequencies . You will be benefited a lot with that method . By the way, Ryzen only supports ram speed upto 3200 MHz
