Hi, problem solved by changing the motherboard.

Ok my investigation progress based on this website i checked every pin of the psu https://www.makeuseof.com/power-supply-unit-psu-test-with-multimeter/ and ALL pins show good values so i must consider that the PSU is fine right ? only thing left is the motherboard.

it was this model Seasonic S12III 550 80+ bronze i've bought it on amazon i will see if i can get the bill to make the warranty working.

Hi thanks for replying, I just tested something by unplunging the big cable that supplies the motherboard and putting it back. It worked then i shot it down to put the computer back in its original place then again black screen after starting. I don't understand this seasonic was supposed to be...
