Yes it does have one on mobo but when I click it does the same thing as the case power button starts fans lights for spilt second and that's it and when I plug it in it only let's me press powerr button once and that's it i have too unplug psu to do the same thing again the power button works...

The psu has no switch so as soon as I plug it in the mobo lights up and the case but then when I click the case pwr button it just lights the fan lights for a spilt second
