    woke up this morning and reset my router, played a couple games without any spikes.. i dont even know. maybe it is just random

    Cant download it, i dont know the problem, but the site leads me to a whole ton of different download sites and none work.. Windows tells me my cpu cores are unparked already... In game it tells me my packet loss is high. This makes sense that it would mess with stuff because i can play...

    Well so far im doing well but im still dropping to 80% use Other than switching my anti-aliasing and post prossessing i switched on x-booster on my computers bios

    Upon further inspection it looks like campaign is completely free of the stutters Turning down the antialiasing and post prepossessing sofar has worked ill see if it totally fixes it

    Disk defragger says my diver health is just fine as well

    Disk defrag i didn't finish because it was going to take almost a whole day to finish and i had to restart my comp. i changed my performance to high. honestly don't know what could be failing

    In fact i think it got a lot worse, now it happens like every 20 seconds...
