seems to be running fine, back to normal :)

The pas few days task manager is showing at idle 4gb of ram are in use and the amount of free ram is little above 0. Im not to sure why this is however when I enabled RAPID and os optimization mode on my samsung 840 evo 250gb ssd it may have caused this. Even under resource monitor the numbers...

So I live in an area where our fiber has not been installed yet. My question is whenever I do a speed test is say 20mbs download and 2mbs upload //// however my pcs onboard lan optimizer programme say 2.5mbs download and 100kbs upload. Why are they different???
