I know, I had them on 1 and 3 but changed them to 1 and 2, with clean install of windows 7. Maybe I try with 3 and 4. I have 2 old hdds wd 160gb and they hit 200 mb/s in 3 and 4 port.

Read 780 mb/s , write 170 mb/s. As I can see here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ssd-raid-benchmark,3485-3.html my write speed is not even close to 700mb/s...
