Windows 7 Explorer.exe keeps restarting.
This is caused by a corrupted thumbcache database for Explorer. Here is the solution. Took 5 days to figure out. No need to reinstall Windows. http://www.oldergeeks.com/forum1/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=15507&p=16135#p16135
