Power got turned of during an update and it can't recover. So I am trying to clean / reinstall window 10 with a flash drive. I've been trying to look this up and either I don't see people with partitions or people cant agree which one window should be formated / installed to.

Which could I upgrade for the best performance.s. So far all i know is the Inspiron could do a Intel Core2 T9800 with 8gb of DDR 2. And I know little about the studio other than it has one slot for a DDR 3

It has happened 3 times within the past four days. My computer will go to black screen and keyboard and mouse become unresponsive. I can still hear stuff like my game, netflix, and skype. I can even talk in skype. But because I cant see the screen or use the keyboard I have to manually power it...

Even with the 1080p hdmi monitor he is getting a flickering with a green line. I have seen post of people blaming the line of GPU's for this and that they flicker with direct x 11 games. DOnt know if this is true...

I managed to play 5-ish hours of planet side 2 on high using (his GPU) and an hour of Metro Last Light. In return he was able to play 6-ish hours of league of legends with (my GPU). I have just swapped them back seaming both systems work and maybe I just needed to move the parts around and...

Other notes: My build uses HDMI with a 1080p monitor. His is using another cable type and is something like 1776x1000. The drivers in his GPU caused black bars around boarders and I initially went into "AMD Catalyst Control Center" and scale the screen.

I have tried using one stick of ram. Then swapped them out and they work in another computer at the same time I put different ram into PC build but still nothing. Then I cleared the CMOS. Still nothing. I believe I followed all the steps in "No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output"...

This problem was never solved and I am experiencing the same thing. I get a white page with the text "PCPartPicker is temporarily unavailable." tried a different browser and it dose not work. I'm limited to using it on my phone.
