But I saw many people cooling 9900k 5.0ghz with the noctua and keeping the temps under check. If it's on par with small radiator aio, the only aio that can cool this cpu is a 360mm radiator?

I will try to prioritize cpu, because the main purpose of swapping in a new case was my cpu high temps. Shall I use an avx offset? I've tried now a cinebench r23 stress test trying to stay at 5.0ghz with 1.32v and it crashed after 4 minutes. If is not enough vcore, why I never get a bsod? It's possible that is something else like memories stability? (I have set a vccio of 1.21)
