I changed the power management in Nvidia Control Panel like suggested above, and I have not had the issue since Tuesday. Still way to early to call anything, but mine was happening near daily, and so far so good.

Wow, I'm really glad I found this thread. This has been happening to me at least once per day, and it seems to always happen at random times EXCEPT when I'm actually gaming. I've been trying to figure out if it's RAM, PSU, MoBo, GPU, etc.... I have: Ryzen 5 3600 RTX 2070 Super ASRock B450M...
