the motherboard is your foundation and going budget you will lose certain features such as amount of usbs, ports, hdd ports (m2 sata) etc compared to "high end" boards. However if overclocking is not a want (you only linked locked i5s) nothing wrong with a more budget board.. (if only 2 usb 3...
