Base on my research you can't upgrade a video card on the laptop instead if you pick at the store and buy it. but if that's in there it's there you can't change it. unless buy one that suits you best.

Use MSI Afterburner and then click the auto to disable and adjust the slider decrease it because the fan in GPU is automatically at high speed due to high temps that is normal but that is the way to make it less noisy and more temps..
