I am using 8GB RAM DDR3 PC3L, In CPU-Z it says: 1600 MHz 1.35V But Skylake officially supports only DDR3L So is my RAM with or without “L”? Because on CPU-Z it says DDR3...

I see people get like 70-80 fps on ultra settings on RUST using same specs as me but I get 15-25 on ultra... i5 6500 3.2ghz Gtx 1060 6gb zotac amp edition 8gb ram ddr3l Hdd 7200rpm

So tomorrow I am buying these: Motherboard: Biostar H110MHCV3 CPU: i5 6500 3.2Ghz Skylake GPU: GTX 1060 6GB Zotac AMP! Edition PSU: Sharkoon 550W (I don’t need any suggestions wether I should buy another CPU/GPU just tell me if this will be a good-to-go PC Build?) Thank you very much.
