    Both OS were phased out and sunset in Jan. 2020 with no official support anymore. Without security patches they are prone to hackers. Whatever anyone does with them is at their own risk.

    What AI cooling does is adjust the fan curve as per temps, something that you can do manually if you dont want to spend extra. People have been doing it manually till now, so no big deal..

    PowerColor is a good brand for AMD, its been with them for ages. Its a Taiwanese brand not to be confused with Colorful which is Chinese. Its owned by the same group that owns Zotac and Inno3d. You can get more info on this reddit page.

    Dont have personal experience but, the max has higher CFM so I would go for the max.
