I have a machine with (2x8) corsair Vengeance (c9) 1866 RAM. For some reason it only runs at 1333. After turning XMP on, the BIOS says it runs at 1866, but CPUID says 667 (aka 1333). I have also tried manually changing the timings from 9-9-9-24 to 9-10-9-27, but CPUID still shows that it is...
